Legal notice
This website, opsintell.com, is published by Opsintell, the consulting practice of Guillaume Teixeron. Publication director: Guillaume Teixeron. Contact: contact@opsintell.com.
The site is hosted by OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France (ovhcloud.com).
Contact form
When you use the contact form we process the name, the email address and the message you type. The purpose is to answer your request. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a contact you initiated (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) and, where the exchange leads to an engagement, the steps prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
The form is protected against automated abuse by Cloudflare Turnstile. To do that, Cloudflare Inc. processes technical data about your browser and your IP address for the duration of the check. Cloudflare acts under its Data Processing Addendum, with transfers covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your message is delivered by email to our mailbox hosted by OVH. It is kept in that mailbox until the request is handled and then deleted, unless the exchange continues into an engagement. The website itself stores nothing.
Hosting logs
Like every web server, the host records technical access logs (IP address, requested page, time) for security and operations. OVH keeps them for a limited period under its own retention rules.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without storing anything in your browser. It does not build a profile of you. No other analytics or advertising service is used.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies and uses no local storage. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of the data you sent us, or object to its processing, by writing to contact@opsintell.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (France) or the supervisory authority of your country.
